Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our new Health & Social Care Connect Service for the position of Clerical Officer.

The service spans across Adults, Older People, Children & Families and Homelessness.

As a Clerical Officer, you’ll be working in a busy office environment carrying out a range of tasks including call handling, dealing with customer enquiries and gathering referral information. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining relevant IT systems and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for applicants who display an enthusiastic approach to their work while delivering excellent customer care in both a professional and polite manner. If that sounds like you, why not apply?

When applying for this role, you should be able to demonstrate relevant skills such as good communication and organisational skills and a basic working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office packages, however full training and support will be provided as part of the role.
