HR Business Partner

HR and People Development 

Start Date: May 2024

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Grade 5 Points 22 to 27

£31,701 to £36,253 per annum pro rata

(salary pending pay award and subject to pending job evaluation) This salary includes £2,500 Market Allowance, which is in place until the outcome of Job Evaluation is confirmed and then will be reviewed.

 

 

West Lothian College is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner.

 

This role will ideally suit a highly motivated and proactive individual who has credibility working at all levels in an organisation.  You will operate as a business partner working closely with managers of your designated areas, understanding their business and taking ownership of delivering a highly effective HR service.

 

You will provide expert advice, guidance and pro-active support to managers across a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance and absence management procedures and conditions of service. You will support the resourcing requirements for designated areas and will be involved in policy development and ongoing HR and People Development projects.
