ABOUT THE JOB

The Direct Sourcer is responsible for managing the recruitment sourcing efforts to develop a pipeline of talent for difficult to fill staff recruitment positions internal and external across our organisation.


To partner with the hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialist to proactively identify candidates through direct sourcing methods.


To ensure positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.


Ensure effective administrative support, aiding successful delivery of the staff recruitment service across the force.


ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to SQA Higher level or equivalent with a background in internal or agency recruitment. Or, where no formal qualifications exist, you will have extensive experience working within a Direct Sourcing environment.


You will have experience of jobs boards (e.g. Broadbean, LinkedIn) and experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System.


You will be adaptable/flexible to meet the demands of the job, often at short notice.


This full time post is permanent and will require Standard Recruitment Vetting. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 0900 – 1700.
