ABOUT THE JOB

You will assist with the provision of clerical support in dealing with all aspects of the vehicle fleet. You will undertake any other clerical duties as required and share all other general administrative duties including reception duties.

ABOUT YOU

You will be educated to SQA Standard Grade level or equivalent with relevant clerical/ administrative experience in an office environment OR where no formal qualifications exist relevant clerical/administrative experience in an office environment.


You will have good computer keyboard skills and knowledge of software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

You will have good communication skills both orally and in written work, as well as, attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.

This full time post is fixed term until 16th January 2023 and requires Standard Recruitment Vetting.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
